Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All classes must be cancelled 5 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund for drop-in classes.

  • Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed days of the 6-week program.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class.

  • If you are running late, please notify us by phoning the studio.

  • Entry to classes closes 10 minutes after start time.

  • Please note - ALL children aged 5 & under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian until the beginning of class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Camp fees are non-refundable or transferable.

  • Credits will not be issued for missed days of camp.

  • If you do not arrive, or cancel less that 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of camp, there will be no refund given for fees paid.

  • If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks (14 days) or more from the start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your account to cover administration costs. The remainder of your fees will be refunded automatically.

Custom PARTIES/private events (birthday, team building, etc.)

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Once your booking has been reviewed & confirmed, the remaining 50% payment is due the day prior to your booking.

  • A minimum of two weeks (14 days) is required to cancel your booking.

  • We do not offer refunds. We can transfer your party booking to an alternative date if your booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the event. We cannot provide a transfer after this time. Transfer requests are valid for 14 days.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

  • As we may host multiple parties/events in a day, please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes for your party to allow staff adequate prep time.

  • A parent/guardian must remain on-site at all times during the party/event.
