  • Cancelation and Refund Policies

    • No refunds for missed classes/no shows.

    • Credit offered with up to 24hrs notice.

    • If Arise needs to cancel, a full refund will be given for the class.

    • Please note that if we don't get enough registrations, we may need to cancel.

    Drop off/Pick up

    • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class.

    • If you are running late, please notify us by emailing/texting Jess.

    • Due to space and safety restrictions, parents are unable to stay in the gym during classes.

  • Cancelation and Refund Policies

    • Payment by cash, cheque or eTransfer is due the day of the event or before. An invoice will be issued.

    • Out of respect, please give one week (7 days) notice of any cancelation or rescheduling.

    Logistics

    • Location requirements: space to move around in (park, backyard, hall, classroom, gym, etc)

    • Please allow at least 10-15 mins set up before session begins.

    • A leader, teacher, parent or guardian must remain within reach at all times during the session and assist with behaviour management if required.

    • Deposit and/or full payment by credit, cash, cheque or eTransfer is required to confirm any booking.

    • 7 days notice of any cancellation or rescheduling.
