The Competence-Confidence Cycle • What is it?

Basically, the better one gets at something, the more confident one feels, the more confidence one feels, the better one gets at doing things and taking healthy risks, etc. Let’s break it down...

Competence = the ability to do something successfully or efficiently.

⚡️INCREASES👇🏻

Self-Belief = a person's belief in their ability to complete tasks and to achieve their goals.

⚡️BOOSTS👇🏻

Confidence = the feeling or belief that one can rely on themselves.

⚡️MOTIVATES👇🏻

Action = the process of doing something, typically to achieve a goal.

⚡️IMPROVES👇🏻

Competence = the ability to do something successfully or efficiently.
